Mistake Five: Not Reviewing the Relationship Over Time

Even a good provider selection can become a poor arrangement as business needs change or service standards drift. Businesses that set up a courier arrangement and never revisit it often find themselves tolerating performance that no longer meets their standards — or missing out on improved services that have become available. A scheduled review at least annually keeps the relationship accountable and the arrangement current.
